Why showcase your wares with us?

RFPH and its sub-events are refreshingly different. We offer a platform where niche hobbies, unique crafts, and passionate communities can finally shine. By unlocking a space for these interests, we provide merchants the opportunity to reach new audiences and explore new creative ventures.

But more than just organizers—we are merchants and artists ourselves. We understand the effort it takes to join an event, which is why we work hard to ensure that each seller has a better chance of gaining back their investment—and hopefully, enjoying the experience too.

Now, we’re not like every other event. While others may boast higher foot traffic, we intentionally avoid cramming our venues with vendors. Why? Because we want every merchant to be seen. We provide generous space, and we carefully spread out our sellers across the venue as part of the immersive adventure. (We’ll be honest—this setup isn’t for everyone.)

We also take the time to screen each merchant. We limit the number of sellers per category so you won’t be competing with dozens of booths offering the same items. In some cases, you might even be the only one with your specific wares. Additionally, we curate vendors based on what resonates with our audience—because we want you to succeed.

Many of our merchants report strong sales and return to future events. Others, with equal honesty, tell us that our format wasn’t quite for them. And that’s okay. We’d rather be upfront with you. If this excites you, we welcome you warmly. And if you feel it may not be the right fit, we truly understand. We’re grateful you took the time to consider us, and we hope our paths cross in the future, whether as a merchant, a guest, or a kindred spirit in the community.

What We’re Looking For

We’re always on the lookout for merchants whose wares fit the theme and feel of our events—whether that’s handcrafted items, unique activities, or creative services that our guests can enjoy.

We do ask that all merchant setups be decorated to match the magic of the event. No plastic grids, please! We encourage you to style your booth in a way that reflects your merchandise and helps create a beautiful, immersive space for everyone.

  • November 15, 2025
  • Fernwood Gardens Tagaytay
  • Ingress: 7am-12nn
  • Event Proper: 1pm-8pm
  • Merchants are required to be in theme attire.

Merchant Space Details:

  • You will be provided with a 3×6 ft space  and 1 chair ONLY.  
  • Space Rent is 4,000php for the whole duration of the event.
  • extra chair: 50
  • extra merchant badges: 1,500 (Maximum of 2)
