With a decade of dedication to cosplay,ย Vinni Silveriย has donned the personas of various characters, from superheroes to timeless characters such as Doctor Strange, Spike Spiegel, Snake, and Indiana Jones. When he’s not in costume, he shines as an events performer and model, tracing his roots back to theater. A defining moment in his cosplay journey occurred in 2021, when his cosplay of Spike Spiegel in the “Jazz For Your Soul” image turned into a viral meme.

Experience the fusion of Japanese martial arts and Renaissance fantasy asย Sugawara Sogo Budo Philippinesย takes center stage at Ren Faire PH 2024!

A short history on Sugawara Sogo Budo Yushinkan Dojo: The Philippine branch was officially established on 1998 when Sugawara Tetsutaka Sensei appointed Eduard Lapuos Jr. as the head teacher in the Philippines. They’ve been studying and teaching the 600-year old Japanese martial art: Katori Shintล-ryลซ, which focuses on the use of traditional Japanese weapons.

Theyโ€™ll be doing a demo of the following:

โ€ข Iaijutsu and Tachiai Battojutsu (Japanese sword drawing techniques)
