Ren Faire PH is an all-inclusive event that warmly welcomes individuals of any age, gender, or background. We understand that role playing is an integral part of the event, but we must understand not all attendees or vendors might understand. Kindly keep roleplaying respectful, fun and safe.
Kindly take note of the following policies for your reference:
- To enjoy the event to it’s full extent, we highly suggest wearing a costume to celebrate the event.
- Tickets are non refundable and are different per day.
- By attending this event you allow Ren Faire PH to take and use photos and videos of you
- Modern military uniforms or airsoft are banned from the event.
- Any weapons by attendees must strictly be safe and blunt; Made out of foam, plastic, vinyl, papermache, etc. and will be checked for safety upon entry.
- Participants are solely responsible for their own safety during event activities. The organizers and staff shall not be held liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur.
- Consequently, the exhibition or use of offensive language, indecent imagery, or any kind of vulgarity is strictly prohibited.
- We wholeheartedly condemn any form of harassment and prioritize creating a safe and respectful environment for all attendees.
- The organizers and staff hold the authority to deny entry to individuals who violate these guidelines, without the possibility of a refund.
