But lo and behold, there are rules and regulations to ensure a mirthful and harmonious revelry and unforgettable experience for all!
No Ticket, No Entry
β’ Your tickets are your golden key to the village! Only ticket holders can enter or re-enter the village so you must keep them with you.No ID, No Entry (for night program)
β’ Always bring your IDs especially those entering into the night program as we will strictly impose a no ID, no entry rule. We need proof that you’re of age. *wink*Family Friendly
β’ Keep your actions acceptable for the general public as we are in a public space and so that everyone including families and underage faire goers can enjoy the event.Keep it Clean
β’ The forest is our faire’s magical haven so let’s do our part to keep it pristine. Clean as you go and dispose trash in the designated areas.No non-media partner equipment setups
β’You may bring and use your own cameras, but, crowd flow distruptive setups and equipment such as lights, tripods, reflectors, and drones is a no-no unless you are a media partner. This also shows respect to out media partners who offered their skills to cover the event.Β No Smoking
β’ Baguio has a smoke free ordinance, and as such, we will be implementing this rule at the faire for the convenience of all faire goers.No outside food and drinks
β’ Food and beverage from establishments outside of the faire will not be allowed. Drinks in your personal tumblers or containers would be allowed as long as it is non-alcoholic.Weapon safety
β’ Only blunt weapons are allowed at the faire and must be sheathed and peace-tied. No airsoft items will be allowed at the faire as well as sharp weapons.No flash sellers allowed
β’ Unauthorized peddlers will be escorted out of the venue with no refunds. Please remember that selling is exclusive for event exhibitors.Β Zero tolerance for harassment and bullying
β’ Mind thy manners! We might be back in the renaissance era, but we follow modern day rules. Be kind and respectful to everyone. Costumes are not consent. Should you feel harassed and unsafe, just reach out to any of our personnel.Have Fun!
