As the air is filled with merriment from the festivities, we beckon you to join a heartwarming tradition โ€”Trinket Trading, a celebration of friendship, creativity, and the simple joys of giving! This revolves around the joyous act of bringing and exchanging handmade trinkets or treasures like rocks and mushrooms that fairies bestow upon lucky souls.

We heartily encourage trading trinkets as long as there is no monetary value being exchanged, as trinket trading is basically what it is โ€” a trade!

Should you also encounter a fellow faire-goer without a trinket to trade, fear not and be kind. They might not be familiar with trinket trading, after all, this is the first Ren Faire in the Philippines. The true value in this exchange lies not in reciprocity but in the spirit of giving and leaving people with a piece of you.

Let the faire grounds be a canvas, and each trinket trade a stroke of camaraderie, creating a masterpiece of connection that shall endure beyond the faire gates!

Hear ye, hear ye! Gather ’round, noble lords and ladies! We’re sure that everyone is now preparing for the faire, and we are excited to start this extraordinary journey with you! But lo and behold, there are rules and regulations to ensure a mirthful and harmonious revelry and unforgettable experience for all!

โœ…No Ticket, No Entry
โ€ข Your tickets are your golden key to the village! Only ticket holders can enter or re-enter the village so you must keep them with you.

โœ…No ID, No Entry (for night program)
โ€ข Always bring your IDs especially those entering into the night program as we will strictly impose a no ID, no entry rule. We need proof that you’re of age. *wink*

โœ…Family Friendly
โ€ข Keep your actions acceptable for the general public as we are in a public space and so that everyone including families and underage faire goers can enjoy the event.

โœ…Keep it Clean
โ€ข The forest is our faire’s magical haven so let’s do our part to keep it pristine. Clean as you go and dispose trash in the designated areas.

โœ…No non-media partner equipment setups
โ€ขYou may bring and use your own cameras, but, crowd flow distruptive setups and equipment such as lights, tripods, reflectors, and drones is a no-no unless you are a media partner. This also shows respect to out media partners who offered their skills to cover the event.

โœ…ย No Smoking
โ€ข Baguio has a smoke free ordinance, and as such, we will be implementing this rule at the faire for the convenience of all faire goers.

โœ…No outside food and drinks
โ€ข Food and beverage from establishments outside of the faire will not be allowed. Drinks in your personal tumblers or containers would be allowed as long as it is non-alcoholic.

โœ…Weapon safety
โ€ข Only blunt weapons are allowed at the faire and must be sheathed and peace-tied. No airsoft items will be allowed at the faire as well as sharp weapons.

โœ…No flash sellers allowed
โ€ข Unauthorized peddlers will be escorted out of the venue with no refunds. Please remember that selling is exclusive for event exhibitors.

โœ…ย Zero tolerance for harassment and bullying
โ€ข Mind thy manners! We might be back in the renaissance era, but we follow modern day rules. Be kind and respectful to everyone. Costumes are not consent. Should you feel harassed and unsafe, just reach out to any of our personnel.

PET POLICY:
Leash Requirement: All pets must be kept on a leash at all times while on the event premises. This ensures the safety of both your pet and other attendees.

Pet Behavior: Owners are responsible for ensuring that their pets exhibit appropriate behavior. Aggressive or disruptive pets may be asked to leave the premises. Owners must assure that their pets do not destroy any merchant items, event items, attendee items.

All pets must wear diapers

Identification Tags: Pets should wear proper identification tags with the owner’s contact information in case of separation.

Pet Comfort: Ensure your pet is comfortable throughout the event. Consider the weather, and bring necessary supplies such as water, shade, and any items your pet may need.

No Exotic Pets: For safety reasons, only domesticated pets are allowed. Exotic or wild animals are not permitted. Allowed pets: Dogs, Cats, Birds, Rabbits, Hamsters (guinea pigs, gerbils). Should you have any doubts, please feel free to message us via our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter)

Event Organizers’ Discretion: Event organizers reserve the right to make decisions regarding pets’ presence at their discretion. Failure to comply with the pet policy may result in being asked to leave the event. No refunds allowed.
