The Queenโ€™s Stage: Where Grandeur Reigns
With its regal presence, the Queenโ€™s Stage beckons faire goers for its larger-than-life spectacles and grand performances. Here, visitors of the realm will witness the larger theatrical productions, highly anticipated tournaments such as Battle of the Bards (more will be unveiled soon), and musical extravaganzas from our outstanding performers whom the audience can support by watching and applauding. It is the main stage where the faireโ€™s grandeur shines bright.
The Jesterโ€™s Stage: An Intimate Odyssey
Venture a little further, and you’ll find the Jesterโ€™s Stage, an intimate enclave nestled amidst the faire’s winding lanes. Be captivated by storytellers, serenaded by minstrels, and enchanted by period-inspired dances in an up-close and personal setting. Artisanal craft demonstrations and workshops await your curiosity, and spectators are highly encouraged to partake on its activities. History and fantasy comes alive in smaller reenactments on this stage.

Showcase your musical talents and transport faire goers to an enchanting realm. Harmonize with the rustling leaves of the forest and dance upon the breeze. Each performance is a testament to the power of storytelling, where history and fantasy unite in harmony.

20 of the best bards are called to perform at the Queens stage! Each bard must perform with their chosen instrument whilst singing a song.

Here are the rules set forth by the Queen:
1. A bard must choose 1 Ren Faire appropriate song (should they be unsure if their song choice fits the faire, they may ask the Queens council)
2. Minus ones are not allowed! Each bard must perform with their chosen instrument, should they have a bard friend that plays an instrument, they may register as a pair and will be considered as 1 performance.
3. Costumes are a must when performing at the Queens stage
4. This decree is open to all villagers young, old, or in between.

Criteria for Judging:

0-3 Voice Quality
0-3 Musicality (Rhythm,tempo ability to play instrument, Ability to interpret the music)

For an overall perfect score of 10! Each council of the Queen will reveal their score placard at the end of each performance. Should any of our bards tie, then, the villagers must choose the winner by the ever timely, applause.
