RFPH shall offer this extremely rare opportunity to have a unique commemorative photo with authentic antiquity. The Camera Obscura will be available to take your portraits and print them on all days of the faire!
For 600 pesos, you may get your attendance to the faire immortalised with a portrait from the Camera Obscura! This offer is available only for the FIRST 6 registrants per day. Photos of each registrant will only be taken from 10AM till 2PM, so make sure not to forget your time! This will be a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis!
It can’t get any more Renaissance than this! Go back in time, pose in your renaissance garb, stay as still as you can for 10-15s and wait for your photo to be produced and processed on the spot!
The Camera Obscura is the ancestor to the modern camera. Photos will be taken using a century-old method akin to the Afghan box camera. This nifty box contains a lens, a darkroom and chemically treated photographic paper to produce black-and-white photos within minutes.
Due to the camera being delicate, registrants must expect that photos MAY come out blurry. In case a slot is unable to be fulfilled (In cases of camera malfunction) refunds will be given. Those registering must understand these risks.
