Leathercraft was one of the first trades that arose in ancient times. This Ren Faire, we would like to present an artisan of this enduring craft: Segundo Leatherworks.
Segundo Leatherworks is a leather craft shop that showcases the works of Segundo Dalang, Jr, a born and raised Baguio artist. JR Dalang has been working with leather on and off for over 20 years, but is now focused on his passion full time.
JR Dalang focuses on the craft of tooling vegetable tanned leather which is the most diverse leather to work with as it can be molded, carved, dyed and stamped. Being made using the oldest tanning process, going back thousands of years, this leather is also organically produced. He prefers doing everything from scratch and by hand from the dying to stitching. Now, the shop also includes other handmade items by other members of his family and friends.
Munting Ligaya, as the name suggests, hopes to bring ‘little joys’ into your home through the wonder of crystals. Whether that be a small tumble, a bracelet, or a big tower, we’ve got you covered. We pride ourselves on sourcing the finest crystals from around the world, each selected for it’s unique beauty and energy.
We take pride in handcrafting our necklaces, bracelets, and earrings in-house.
At Munting Ligaya, we believe that every crystal has a story to tell and just like us humans, have a purpose to fulfill.
