Hear ye, hear ye! Gather ’round, noble lords and ladies! We’re sure that everyone is now preparing for the faire, and we are excited to start this extraordinary journey with you! But lo and behold, there are rules and regulations to ensure a mirthful and harmonious revelry and unforgettable experience for all!

✅No Ticket, No Entry
• Your tickets are your golden key to the village! Only ticket holders can enter or re-enter the village so you must keep them with you.

✅No ID, No Entry (for night program)
• Always bring your IDs especially those entering into the night program as we will strictly impose a no ID, no entry rule. We need proof that you’re of age. *wink*

✅Family Friendly
• Keep your actions acceptable for the general public as we are in a public space and so that everyone including families and underage faire goers can enjoy the event.

✅Keep it Clean
• The forest is our faire’s magical haven so let’s do our part to keep it pristine. Clean as you go and dispose trash in the designated areas.

✅No non-media partner equipment setups
•You may bring and use your own cameras, but, crowd flow distruptive setups and equipment such as lights, tripods, reflectors, and drones is a no-no unless you are a media partner. This also shows respect to out media partners who offered their skills to cover the event.

✅ No Smoking
• Baguio has a smoke free ordinance, and as such, we will be implementing this rule at the faire for the convenience of all faire goers.

✅No outside food and drinks
• Food and beverage from establishments outside of the faire will not be allowed. Drinks in your personal tumblers or containers would be allowed as long as it is non-alcoholic.

✅Weapon safety
• Only blunt weapons are allowed at the faire and must be sheathed and peace-tied. No airsoft items will be allowed at the faire as well as sharp weapons.

✅No flash sellers allowed
• Unauthorized peddlers will be escorted out of the venue with no refunds. Please remember that selling is exclusive for event exhibitors.

✅ Zero tolerance for harassment and bullying
• Mind thy manners! We might be back in the renaissance era, but we follow modern day rules. Be kind and respectful to everyone. Costumes are not consent. Should you feel harassed and unsafe, just reach out to any of our personnel.

✅Have Fun!
•Experience the magical realm of RenFairePH by having fun while keeping these rules!

Rules for Keepers of the Forest

PET POLICY:
Leash Requirement: All pets must be kept on a leash at all times while on the event premises. This ensures the safety of both your pet and other attendees.

Pet Behavior: Owners are responsible for ensuring that their pets exhibit appropriate behavior. Aggressive or disruptive pets may be asked to leave the premises. Owners must assure that their pets do not destroy any merchant items, event items, attendee items.

All pets must wear diapers

Identification Tags: Pets should wear proper identification tags with the owner’s contact information in case of separation.

Pet Comfort: Ensure your pet is comfortable throughout the event. Consider the weather, and bring necessary supplies such as water, shade, and any items your pet may need.

No Exotic Pets: For safety reasons, only domesticated pets are allowed. Exotic or wild animals are not permitted. Allowed pets: Dogs, Cats, Birds, Rabbits, Hamsters (guinea pigs, gerbils). Should you have any doubts, please feel free to message us via our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter)

Event Organizers’ Discretion: Event organizers reserve the right to make decisions regarding pets’ presence at their discretion. Failure to comply with the pet policy may result in being asked to leave the event. No refunds allowed.

What to prepare for Ren Faire PH?

𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐲𝐞, 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐤! 𝐈𝐭'𝐬 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞!

Ren Faire PH 2024 is still a few months away, but time flies fast and we want you to be fully prepared to embark on an unforgettable journey! Here’s your guide to ensuring a day filled with merriment and magic!

𝐓𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐬: These are your golden key to enter the realm!

𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐦𝐞: A costume is necessary in order for you to enjoy the faire to its fullest, even a simple one is appreciated.

𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐥/ 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐚𝐤/ 𝐇𝐚𝐭: As this is a rain or shine event, they should be promptly prepared.

𝐄𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬: Sunscreen, comfortable footwear, and a water bottle – you’ll want to be ready for whatever the day brings!

𝐂𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐬: Be sure to save up to be able to purchase and support the local shops at the faire! Many merchandise that are uncommon to events will definitely appear. Those coins will also let you purchase the scrumptious faire food!

𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐡/ 𝐌𝐚𝐭: When tired, simply go to our resting areas or in front of our stages and “latag” your mat.

Lords and Ladies, adventurers and faire folk, gather round as we present the spectacular lineup that shall paint our faire with hues of magic and whimsical Renaissance marvels! Here are the activities and themes for each day to help you decide which day ticket to buy.
Remember that we have two stages – the Queen’s Stage and the Jester’s Stage, and aside from these two, the whole realm shall be full of extraordinary festivities! Be sure to check out the activities at the Scribe’s tent as well! When dusk falls, the activities for the faire’s after hours shall begin – a dazzling end to a day of unparalleled splendor!
This is not even the complete program yet, especially the night festivities! There are still a lot of surprises and performances that we are yet to unveil and haven’t added here so as not to destroy the mystery, but we hope this helps you decide when buying tickets. The council highly recommends availing the bundle packs to maximize the full magic of the faire and get more discounts!
